Anexa BPO Accepts Bronze Stevie® Award 2019

VIENNA, AUSTRIA – 19 October 2019 – Anexa BPO accepted a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year category in The 16th Annual International Business Awards® today.


The International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards program. All individuals and organizations worldwide – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small – are eligible to submit nominations. The 2019 IBAs received over 4,000 entries from organizations in 74 nations and territories.


Anexa BPO received its first-ever Stevie® Award at a gala awards banquet at the ANDAZ Hotel am Belvedere, Vienna, Austria on 19 October.


To this event, Andrés Martínez, General Manager, said: “This award belongs to all employees of Anexa BPO, and to those who dreamed this company would someday achieve international recognition. Today, we can state that we in Mexico know how to do things right when it comes to customer service, especially when it comes to increasingly demanding consumers.”


“Bridging the Gap Between Customers and Companies in Mexico” details Anexa BPO’s innovative multichannel strategy for a new generation of customers, and the mechanisms used in order to establish a quality of service that matches traditional channels, such as the telephone. The Bronze Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year category is the second award earned by this particular solution this year, the first being a Silver Trophy awarded by the Mexican Institute of Teleservices (IMT) at their 14º Annual National Award to Excellence in Contact Centers.

The Bronze Stevie® Award will be displayed at the Mexico City headquarters, and individual plaques will be sent to every one of Anexa BPO’s locations in Mexico.
