Winners to Be Celebrated at Gala Event on 19 October in Vienna, Austria
MEXICO CITY, MEXICO – 13 August 2019 – Anexa BPO was named the winner of a Bronce Stevie® Award in the Customer Service Department of the Year category in The 16 th Annual International Business Awards® today.
The International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards program. All individuals and organizations worldwide – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small – are eligible to submit nominations. The 2019 IBAs received entries from organizations in 74 nations and territories.
Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for “crowned,” the awards will be presented to winners at a gala awards banquet at the ANDAZ Hotel am Belvedere, Vienna, Austria on 19 October.
This was the first time Anexa BPO competed in the Stevie Awards, resulting in a win in the Customer Service Department of the Year Category. The winning entry, “Bridging the Gap Between Companies and Customers in Mexico” already won a 2019 National Award to Excellence in Contact Centers – awarded by the Mexican Institute of Teleservices – in March, and its recognition in the international stage solidifies Anexa BPO’s position as a player on an international scale due to innovative thinking in channel strategy for optimum customer service, and the company’s commitment to a new era of customers – ones who prefer texting rather than talking on the phone.

Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 250 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process from May through early August.
